Self Evaulation

There comes a time in life where we must step back, take a good look at ourselves, our lives and review where we are. Are we where we want to be? Are we living the life we want to live? Have we just sort of let ourselves drift along where ever life takes us?

I've hit the point in my life where I need to take that step back. I have allowed myself to sort of drift along and I'm not loving where I'm at. How does one evaluate their life? How do you even start that process? So many questions circled my brain as I lay there unable to sleep pondering how I could get my life on the track I want it on.

Luckily for me I stumbled across a YouTube channel: Boho Berry, in her video she was talking about her Level 10 Life,. You can watch her video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgOWMon-QdA. After watching this video it just clicked for me. I grabbed my wellness BUJO and set right to work.

After evaluating my life in all 10 areas, I choose the area that I felt I need to focus on at the moment to improve the quality of my life. My areas of focus is Health/Fitness. Now you would think the hard part would be done after all I sat down and honestly rated my life in those areas from one to ten. Sadly, that was the easy part, the next step is to make a plan then set it in motion.
