It is set up with a weight tracker and is broken down into dailies. For each daily I have a section for water tracking, exercise tracking and daily reflections. My reflections are broken down into 3 simple questions to help me stay focused each day on my goals.
- Did I work towards my goal today?
- Was I deliberate in my choices? (Did I focus more on the immediate verses the long term?)
- What do I need to focus on more tomorrow?
Now I've given this a lot of thought and honestly the planning stage is quite fun, but now it's time to live life deliberately. It would be so easy to say nope I'll wait until October 1st to start this new chapter, not this time. This time I start now.
